Vinay Uchil, PE, PMP, CCM
Founder & President
Vinay Uchil is the Founder and President of EOS Engineering, LLC, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the engineering, construction management, and infrastructure industry.
Prior to founding EOS Engineering, Vinay held senior leadership roles with Jacobs, where he led the South Region Project Management/Construction Management (PMCM) and Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) organization, overseeing a team of more than 400 professionals supporting major transportation and infrastructure programs. His experience spans construction management, program management, construction engineering and inspection, project controls, quality assurance, and complex infrastructure delivery.
Vinay combines extensive technical and operational experience with a strong business and leadership background. He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Emory University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credentials.
As President of EOS Engineering, Vinay is responsible for the company's strategic direction, client relationships, business development, and organizational growth. He founded EOS with the vision of building a high-performing infrastructure consulting firm that delivers exceptional service while creating meaningful opportunities for its employees and the communities it serves.
His leadership approach is grounded in integrity, accountability, innovation, and excellence. Vinay believes successful projects are built on strong relationships, disciplined project execution, technical expertise, and a commitment to doing what is right for the client and the project.
Under his leadership, EOS Engineering is focused on becoming a trusted partner to public agencies, contractors, and engineering firms nationwide, providing the expertise and leadership necessary to deliver safe, high-quality, and successful infrastructure projects.
